The nose: The complexity starts warm, golden, shimmering, with oriental exoticism: crystallized fruit, frangipane, sweet spices, fresh coriander. On the first nose, saffron is grayer and saltier, with the bouquet slowly becoming more complex and then more austere, mysterious, purer and soothing.
The palate: The palate unfolds immediately, leaving a bright, expressive, delicate aftertaste that is lively yet sensual and still very fruity. The nose and palate are strikingly similar and the velvety mouthfeel becomes deeper and richer. The overall result shows intense, elegant, salty and light licorice notes.
